When I first installed the HOROW T38P in my bathroom, I honestly didn’t expect it to change how I thought about hygiene. But within a few days, I realized this was different. It wasn’t just about comfort or convenience; it was about cleanliness in a way I’d never really experienced before. Suddenly, the little things I used to overlook, like touching the lid, flushing by hand, and scrubbing stubborn stains, felt like problems of the past. The first thing that struck me was how little contact I had to make with anything. The lid opens and closes automatically as I approach or leave, and the flush occurs immediately after I stand up. No handles, no buttons, no second-guessing if someone remembered to flush before me. I didn’t realize how many germs I was probably picking up in those tiny everyday moments until they were gone. Now it feels strange when I use another toilet and have to touch things again.
The bidet system is where the T38P really impressed me. Hygiene has always been my biggest concern with bidets, but this one takes care of itself. The nozzle automatically cleans before and after every use, so I never have to wonder if it’s sanitary. There’s also UV sterilization built in, which kills bacteria and adds another layer of reassurance. On top of that, the nozzle is removable, which means I can check and clean it whenever I want. That level of thoughtfulness made me trust the product right away.
Even the bowl itself is designed for cleanliness. The Foam Shield feature creates a layer of foam on the surface of the water, which cuts down on splashing and keeps everything more contained. The pre-wet function sprays the bowl lightly before each use so waste doesn’t stick, and the flush system gives me options: a strong flush when I need it, or a lighter one when I don’t. It’s powerful enough that I rarely see residue, but still efficient enough to save water. It’s honestly kind of satisfying to watch how well it clears the bowl compared to my old toilet. The materials are another reason I feel good about hygiene. The ceramic is coated with a special glaze that makes it hard for stains or bacteria to stick. When I wipe it down, it feels almost effortless, and I don’t have to use harsh chemicals like before. The smooth, seamless design avoids the awkward crevices where grime usually hides, and even the comfort height makes it easier for me to reach around the base when cleaning.
The soft-closing lid prevents cracks or scratches, which might not sound like a big deal, but little imperfections are exactly where bacteria love to hide. What’s even better is how little work I have to do to keep it that way. My “maintenance routine” is basically a quick wipe down with a disinfectant wipe once in a while, plus checking the nozzle every so often.
The toilet takes care of the rest with its self-cleaning and sterilizing functions. Compared to my old routine of scrubbing and bleaching, this feels like freedom. Looking back, I realize the HOROW T38P didn’t just replace my old toilet, it changed my idea of what bathroom hygiene could be. I never thought I’d get excited about a toilet, but here I am telling people about it. The touchless features, the self-cleaning nozzles, the stain-resistant surfaces, and the deodorizing system all work together to make my bathroom feel fresher and healthier. It’s not about being high-tech for the sake of it—it’s about making hygiene effortless. And now that I’ve experienced it, I don’t think I could ever go back.
