After all, this environment could be where you’re spending a lot of your time, and if it’s constantly in a state that you’re not happy with, it’s going to take a toll on your mental health. It’s important that you’re aware of how your physical space can affect you in this way, as it can allow you to take it into consideration as you design it. You might be thinking about your home in a very practical way, but if you’re not excited to relax at home or feeling as though your personal tastes are taken into consideration, the practicalities might not matter.
